I was having brown-colored acne blemish on my arms, later on I had a skin color tattoo done on the blemished area. But now also the tattoo looks so ugly and not natural, that was a bad idea. Laser leaves permanent scar spots on my skin, also. What can I do? Is dermabration a good idea you think? Please help me cope with this...

There is increased risk of pigmentation issues. While Hyperpigmentation or darker spots is easier to treat and is manageable, hypopigmentation or lighter spots is difficult to treat. It is important to choose experienced provider especially when it comes to treating darker skin tones. Good luck!
