What can I about swelling 3 months after calves and ankles liposuction?

Im 23 female, 120p and 5.1. im 3 months after calves and ankles liposuction the results were amazing better the i expected, the surgen was amazed that he got 500cc out of every leg i was realy happy for the life changing surgery until recently i started noticing that my claves are starting to swell and going back to their previous shape. currently im not working or doing any exercises I sleep late and while in the day i hardly do anything I drink enough water every day still nothing’s changing
