I had a Co2 fractional laser treatment one month and a half ago and my ane just got worse. Now my face is full of red pigmentation because my acne is under the skin and I think it's cystic acne. Should I take accutane? And is there any other solution that might help my skin because I have a difficulty in swallowing pills? Also, my pores are still in the same large size even after the laser, so what are the recomendaciones for minimizing them? Thank you.
