I had a crooked nose rhinoplasty 8 weeks now I am suffering from flu, can it effect the result in this surgery my respiratory problem aslo solved plz guide me

Having a flu after a rhinoplasty should not affect your final results.  It is possible that there still could be some internal swelling, which may affect breathing through your nose, but it should not affect your external results.
