Hello, I had a rhinoplasty on January 2023 to augment the nose bridge and to fix a deviated septum as well. A year later I noticed that it started to seem that my nose bridge wasn't as tall as it was during the months after the procedure, which could be mainly because of the swelling going down. I started doing "nose exercises" for a while during summer 2024 because I didn't like what it looked like, and some of them were a bit rough and it involved touching my nose tip and the bridge as well (I know that supposedly there is no evidence that they work). One day I noticed that a greyish line had appeared under my nose tip, which wasn't there before, so I stopped doing them shortly after, but I continued touching my nose bridge occasionally. I stopped touching my nose altogether a few months ago. The issue is that I don't know what happened to my nose and why it doesn't look like it did before, even after a year or more since the procedure (so I'm not talking exclusively when it was obviously swollen still). I have noticed that I flare my nose involuntarily when talking or randomly, and that never used to happen, even before the procedure. My nostrils also show more so my nose doesn't look as projected from the front either. I also sometimes feel a tingling on my nose or like it moves from the inside, and it never happened after the procedure either, it started approx. 10 months ago. I plan on getting nose fillers soon.
