Am I a candidate for a lower eyelid skin pinch or canthoplasty? (Photos)

I had a transconjunctival Lower Bleph over 6 months ago which left me hollow from too much fat removal and now have more prominent unflattering lower eyelid wrinkles when smiling. I had under eye wrinkles when smiling before but it was more bulgy rather than wrinkly. What can I do? Would a lower eyelid skin pinch or cantoplasty work? maybe some filler right underneath the lash line? Please help

Hi! I would suggest endoscopic lateral brow lift, temporal lift and canthopexy. It would be good to correct the negative tilt and low eyebrows.
