I had a transconjunctival Lower Bleph over 6 months ago which left me hollow from too much fat removal and now have more prominent unflattering lower eyelid wrinkles when smiling. I had under eye wrinkles when smiling before but it was more bulgy rather than wrinkly. What can I do?
