YES, the outer corners of your eyes can be elevated by revising canthopexy. My approach is to elevate the outer corners with a stable attachment to bone using the Piezo. Results can be dramatic and women have been happy with it. Cheeks are elevated a bit with the lower eyelids to prevent hollowing of lower eyelids that may occur if they are lifted without cheeks. Upper eyelids must also be opened a bit more when outer corner of eyes lifted to prevent narrowed appearance of your eyes, keeping them wide open, awake, sensuous, and beautiful.... forever. We've been doing this procedure for a couple of years and will try to post some result pix, but haven't taken time for that yet.
