Thank you for your question and photos.  First, congrats on the weight loss!  Although I think that your surgical goals are possible, I would not recommend increasing your breast size to the degree that you want.  Women who have breasts as large as those that you desire are likely to suffer from physical problems associated with their large breasts such as back pain.  I advise that you seriously reconsider your surgical goals.  Instead, I would recommend a breast lift that would make your breasts perkier and more youthful-looking.All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL
