I think you need to be more specific regarding what about your nose you dislike.  Your nose can be narrowed through a variety of techniques.  You should go on a few consults with surgeons in your area known for their rhinoplasty work to further learn about the options and what you might expect.

 A rhinoplasty and a septoplasty are two separate procedures, but both can be performed at the same time. The septoplasty component can be billed to the patient's medical insurance once medical necessity has been documented. Expect to pay for the rhinoplasty yourself. Ethnic noses are the most complex noses and involve multiple techniques in order to achieve the desired shape. Some of these techniques are rather specialized and need to be aggressive such as thinning the nasal tip skin in order to have a more refined tip. Recommend looking at before and after photos of noses that are similar to yours so you get a better understanding of what can be achieved.

can be realistically improved with an artistically performed rhinoplasty and septoplasty, which are performed at the same time..Keep in mind that following

what to do based on two dimensional photos without examining you, physically
feeling your tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical
history and discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not
be in your best surgery. Natural appearing results need to be individualized
and what is appropriate for one patient is not necessarily the best for someone
else. I would suggest that you find a surgeon with extensive ethnic rhinoplasty
experience certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and one who is
ideally a member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS)
or a facial plastic surgeon (otolaryngologist) that you trust and are

From the photographs, you will require nasal tip reinforcement and improved projection, narrowing of the nasal tip, reduction of your alar rims, and possible dorsal onlay. Dear Kawaiisinger, I just sent you an answer on a previous post regarding changing the shape of your eyes and my suggestion was to leave your eyes alone and have some other procedures done to help soften your features. One of these suggestions would be rhinoplasty surgery.  I would suggest making a consultation appointment with an expert in the field of rhinoplasty and ethnic rhinoplasty. Digital imaging can be done to show you the proposed surgical results. Once these results are agreed upon then the surgeon can discuss exactly what procedures will need to be done to attain the desired results. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty surgery which will help balance and soften your facial features while keeping a very natural appearance.
