Implants melting from the sun. Will I have to get surgery again?

I am 4weeka post surgery and I'm on holidays. I have been out sunbathing and I feel my breast have shrunk in size and have lumps in them. I'm very considered. Will I have to get surgery again? Have my implants Ruptured Or melted? My breast look normal but don't feel normal.

It takes 6-12 months for the breasts to completely settle. That is why I tell my patients not to buy an expensive bra until complete healing has occurred. What you might want to do is use your bandeau to put a little more pressure on the side which is higher. This might just do the trick.
