Eye drops for droopy eyebrows after the Botox for 11s didn't work? (Photo)

Question

The clinic is a 6 hour round trip and I would rather not go there after they were so unhelpful. I have heard there are eye drops that can help? Are these available over the counter? I am in Ireland btw. At the moment I look very machiavellian. Pics are before and after

Aproclonidine or phenylephrine drops are what we would use in the United States for eyelid ptosis (droopy eyes) following a Botox injection, but I don't think that is your main issue. The apraclonidine drops help eyelid ptosis (droopy eyes), not eyebrow ptosis (droopy brows). You do have eyelid ptosis and it is present in your pre-Botox photo (blue green sweater).  You are using your frontalis muscles (which cause the horizontal wrinkles in your forehead) to compensate for the eyelid ptosis.  The Botox in the 11's region has affected the frontalis muscle also, so you are unable to lift your eyebrows to help compensate for the eyelid ptosis that you already have.    This has caused the medial portion of your eyebrows to come down and since they probably didn't inject any Botox out laterally, the lateral portion of the frontalis muscle is still working (and lifting the lateral part of your eyebows giving a Machiavellian appearance--or a Spock as we say in the US).  The effects will wear off and next time have them limit the amount of Botox injected in the frontalis muscle--you may also consider an eyelid ptosis surgery, at some point, if the droopy eyelid affect your vision.

There are drops (iopidine) but no available over the counter. You can also just wait it out but it will take 3 months,

The ey drops commonly used for eyelid ptosis is are aproclonidine - prescription required in the U.S. - not sure about in Europe.  It does not seem from your photos that the ptosis is that severe but in any event it should improve within a couple of weeks.  I would guess you were recently treated as you have a "sinister" brow effect which can occur early after Botox injections.  That should also improve in a couple of weeks or you could have a touch up in which a small amount of Botox is injected in the area above the peak of the eyebrow
