Hello dear doctors I have downturned eyes I want the lower lids to be upturned and I don't want to have a surgery is there a way

Lower lid bleph incisions are a few mm below the lash line.  These can very a bit but they invariably heal well and almost imperceptibly.  Continue using the ointment prescribed by your surgeon and start massaging the scar as soon as it is fine with your surgeon.

Stitches (sutures) on the upper eyelid are typically left in for 5-7 days.  I normally remove then at about 6-7 days.  I would contact your surgeon's office and question them about the timing of the removal of your sutures.
