Should my nose be very red with minimal serous oozing after 11 days post CO2 laser?

11 days post op co2 ablation for severe Rhinophyma. Topical antibacterial ointment for 10 days. Oral antibiotics for 7 days. Washing with cetraphil twice daily. Using Vaseline when needed. No itching . Minimal swelling. Some bruising evident. Crust came off day 9.

These can be removed  the appearance minimized with treatments such as ablative lasers or destruction with radiofrequency devices.  Although it is possible they may recur, typically long term improvement is noted
