Will IPL remove the brown spots on the back of my legs?

However, this is not the only treatment option, and you may discover that a combination of procedures might offer you superior results. A combination approach would give you the most improvement - usually you can combine devices such as IPL and Fraxel with Cosmelan and sun protection which will yield great results when done consistently. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer. 

Yes, it is very likely that IPL treatment will be quite successful in ligthening and removing the dark spots pictured above. However results are likely user dependent and will likely need 2-3 treatments for best results. Also, IPL used on the body must be done carefully and with lower energies to avoid burning the skin. Hence, the need for multiple treatments spaced 3-4 weeks apart.
