Bulging above incision after tummy tuck revision - can this be corrected? (photos)

Question

I dont know if i am too overweight or what, i just feel like i have a terrible/disguisting pouch above my incision. I had a revision and it really doesnt look good right now. I dont know what to do. Just seems like it needed to be liposuctioned or i just simply had to be leaner. Whatever reason it just does NOT look good, objectively. Pictures don't do how bad it looks justtice, btw.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

From your photos it appears you would benefit from a revision.  If the fullness is caused by subcutaneous fat then liposuction should improve it.  If there is excess skin then removal of that tissue should give you better results.

Posted photos are alarming if you just had a revision? Your texts are confusing. When was the revision done? Exactly what was done in the revision? Best to virtual consult with...I think you need an ultrasound to see if the bulge is fat or seroma or both ASAP.

To make a proper assessment on the outcome of a procedure we need to see proper before and after pictures and also know what the timeframe is from your procedure.
If you don’t have before and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took.
Without knowing what you look like before the procedure it’s hard to make an assessment. Swelling is normal for the few months after surgery. Final results take at least three months.
Make sure you don’t have a fluid collection.
If in doubt get a second opinion through an in person consultation.
