Can someone suggest what to do for chronic pain from tummy tuck?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you have been having since your tummy tuck. If you have already had a revision and several other interventions with no improvement it isn't likely that further surgery will help you. If your surgeon isn't able to provide more insight after an examination you may wish to visit a pain specialist.

Some patients develop chronic pain after a full tummy tuck.
It’s usually not related to how the procedure was performed.
Most of the time there is no source for the pain and no diagnoses can be made.
Plastic surgeons are not particularly good at managing chronic pain. It’s not part of our training.
At this point your pain issue is not a plastic surgery issue and you’re more likely to get help working with the pain management experts.
Managing chronic pain is not based on eliminating pain but rather learning how to live with it.
