Invisalign liners feel loose after 2 weeks?

I have recently begun my invisalign treatment, and have noticed that after two week my invisalign liners feel loose and almost worn out. The issue here is that my orthodontist instructed me to change aligners every three weeks. I am aware that most people keep their aligners in for only two weeks, which seems to make more sense to me. I am fourteen with slight crowding and only ten aligners for both my top and bottom teeth.

It's always great to get reports from patients like this because this tells me that my patient is definitely wearing their aligners.  You should tell your doctor and your doctor may consider allowing you to switch trays every 10 days, or may just suggest that you stay the course on the current 2 week schedule. There is always a range of how long the aligners get worn,
it can be from 10 days to 3 weeks, based on what you doctor thinks is
appropriate. The fact that they are feeling loose is actually a good thing, it
means the teeth are moving into the appropriate place.
