Hello, I'm 18 and live in MN and I'm wondering how much it would cost for me to get both of my inverted nipples taken care of....They've been this way my whole life and I'm so self conscious about them. I think surgery in necessary - they hardly ever "pop out" - only when I'm really cold. There's hardly any sensitivity in them and I'm basically just sick of the ugly things. Please let me know, thanks!! Thanks!
Answer: Cost of a bilateral nipple eversion?
This is commonly done in my clinic under local anesthesia. I typically charge $750.00 to do one side, and $1250.00 to do both sides. I do place stitches that I take out at 12-14 days. My patients tend to do really well, and are very excited! The most common response I hear is "why did I wait so long to do this"? There is always a risk that they can re-invert but this is relatively rare. You may also not be able to breast feed after this procedure. It is very important that you see someone who can explain to you all the positives and potential risks, so that you can make an informed decision.
Best of luck!

CONTACT NOW Answer: How Much Would it Cost for me to Get Both of my Inverted Nipples Taken Care of? Inverted nipples can cause functional problems for women and emotional concerns. An inverted nipple can look flat or a slit like depression or hole at the normal nipple location. There are different degrees of inverted nipples possible. Correction of inverted nipples depends on the problem. Usually correction of the inverted nipples involve division of the lactiferous (milk ducts). Risks of the procedure include potential loss of sensation, inability to breast-feed, recurrence of the asymmetry and the potential need for further surgery. Costs of surgery in our office range between $1000-$1500. I hope this, and the attached link, helps.

Answer: Cost for nipple inversion correction.
In our on-site nationally-accredited (AAAASF) office surgical facility, this local anesthesia operation costs $1500 (Total), including consultation, operating room facility fee, surgeon's fee, and all follow-up visits. One side is approximately $900.
This procedure requires suture removal at about 2 weeks, and is successful in the vast majority of patients. However, scar tissue can cause re-inversion, and division of more of the tethering ducts can correct this, but at the increased risk of being unable to breast feed. The scar is a 2-3mm nearly invisible one at the base of each nipple.
Costs if done in a hospital or freestanding surgical center will likely be significantly higher, even with conservative surgeon's fees.
