I received liposuction a year ago and was left with a soft bulge near my belly button. My plastic surgeon offered a revision procedure to remove the leftover fat, but I do not want to go through surgery again. The recovery process was very difficult. It was a long and painful recovery and left scars, so I would like to avoid another surgery if possible.

Personally I think keto diets are great, this has been the way I eat for over 2 years and I feel great, sometimes I also recommend my patients to look into intermittent fasting, that's a great way to mix in with the keto
