Looks worse after Hyaluronidase? Should I keep doing the treatment or am I causing damage? (photo)

Thank you for your question. After five doses of hyyaluronidase, you have likely received all of the benefit that you can expect. Let the area heal for several months. Have your doctor perform computer imaging for you to show you what is realistic to expect.Best wishes.

Thank you for sharing your photo. Please stop injecting hyaluronidase injection. You can try RF treatment , which can greatly improve the appearance by removing the puffiness and tighten the skin under eyes.

I would likely stop any treatments for the time being and let the skin recover.  Eventually you could consider adding a conservative amount of filler to the tear troughs.  I prefer to inject this area with Restylane using a cannula instead of a needle.  Regards,Der. Ort

Hi Jfknight,Though we have only used hyaluronidase one time over the course of 25 years in practice, we did find that the results usually take 24 hours to see.  Based on the results you presently have, my suggestion would that you stop doing any more treatments and give the area some time to settle down.
