Question

I had 0.5ml of versa filler injected and then went back later for another 0.5ml because the first round didn't do much s I noticed that I had a lump in the spot where the black mark is on my pic. It's small, probably a grain of rice or a tad bigger, doesn't hurt, can move when I mess with it, and isn't noticeable from the outside. It's still there after 4 mths. I feel like it may be getting a little smaller but causes me so much anxiety. Can this be harmful even if I didn't get it dissolved?

If it is not bothering you cosmetically, there is absolutely no need to get the filler dissolved. Versa is a hyaluronic acid filler and will dissolve on its own over the next few months. One thing to note about your case. You said you had 0.5ml and then went back and had another 0.5ml. Versa comes in 1.2ml syringes. I would highly advise against saving left over filler and using it later because if it gets contaminated, you can get a biofilm infection in which case the lump may never go away and may need to be removed surgically.
