I had my lip injected in August of 2021 with a brand called Croma. The filler hasn't dissolved in the slightest so far, and when I smile, I can see that the filler was injected into the wrong place in my lips, I believe it is my mucous membrane. I was wondering if it's possible to be dissolved, I saw somewhere that said it might be permanent or need surgical removal.

Answer: Permanent filler might need to be surgically removed
Hi @Megahollytron! The top lip looks a bit overfilled. This is a personal choice if you want to keep them or dissolve the product with Hylenex and start with a fresh canvas. Best of luck to you!
It is indeed true that this product does not know the difference between your own HA and the product.
There for when using this product it should be the last resort and should be administered by a board certified plastic or dermatologist. If this was not explained you are going to the wrong...
You need based on the posted photos Hylenex injections in a series of 2 months of visits for serial injections. Then after 3 months healing nano fat grafting can be offered.
