How many grafts to restore temple? (Photo)

How many grafts will I need to restore my temple? I had been on fin and had added oral minoxidil and had great success. But then during a move I didn’t take fin for about a month and lost everything I gained on oral min and then some. How many grafts will I need to restore that side/corner of my hairline? I am back on finasteride now. Will I still continue to lose or will this be now that I am back on?

Thanks for the question. It looks like a few little cysts from ingrown hairs but hard to be certain without an exam. Go see the hair transplant doc, they might be able to treat this for you. This isn't typical, but it's not rare either. hope this is helpful

The best way to control removal of just a few grafts from the hairline with minimal scarring is to pluck the grafts out with tweezers. After a few rounds of plucking/regrowth/plucking then the hairs will stop growing through. Laser is harder to target for removal of just a few select grafts....
