For removing certain hair transplant hair on forehead what would be the best method to use? Also would I have to wait full 12 months to start one of these procedures on the unwanted grafts?

The best way to control removal of just a few grafts from the hairline with minimal scarring is to pluck the grafts out with tweezers. After a few rounds of plucking/regrowth/plucking then the hairs will stop growing through. Laser is harder to target for removal of just a few select grafts....
