Botox Treatment for Blepharospasm - Does the Botox help to alleviate the light sensitivity?

B

I have recently been diagnosed with Blepharospasm in both eyes with excessive blinking and forced eyelid closure. At times, I have terrible light sensitivity which makes it very difficult to keep my eyes opened. I've been referred to a neurologist who can consult/treat with Botox. Does the Botox help to alleviate the light sensitivity? Thank you.
