A-0-A Dr hope you’re fine ! Doctor, I’d like to talk to you about a skin issue. I One day, I suddenly noticed many dehydration lines, like fine lines, appearing on my forehead. It’s been six months, and they still haven’t gone away, even though my water intake is quite good. I’m really worried and don’t know what the issue might be. I just turn 30 first my eye feels like sunken eyes and after 4 day or Lazer hair removal I see these lines of middle part of the forehead rest of the forehead is completely fine . And on the effected area now I face comedons too

Skin barrier disruption: Procedures like laser hair removal can cause subtle inflammation or minor trauma to nearby skin, which might make certain areas look crepey or lined until fully healed.

Sunken eyes / structural changes: You mentioned your eyes look sunken. Mild volume loss around the eyes or forehead muscles contracting more than usual can accentuate lines and shadows, making them more noticeable.
