A combination approach will give the most improvement to these types of scars. I recommend a combination of lasers, microneedling/prp, TCA cross, punch excision and fillers. Co2 is best for acne scarring, but Erbium is a great alternative. It will take a series of treatments, but may need life-long treatments to maintain.
