Question

Should I remove fat face by surgery. Should I go in for cosmetic procedures like face fat removal. Because I think even if I lose all my weight, I will still have a fat round unattractive face Agreed that losing body weight will make my face slim, but I have always had a round full face like a new born baby

Very round faces are usually secondary to increased overall body weight and enlarged buccal fat pads.Therefore, weight loss with exercise and diet could help to reduce the overall fullness of the face.Buccal fat removal by addressing the fullness of the lower anterior cheeks (chubby cheeks could help to achieve thinner more chiseled lower face)

Buccal fat excision is an appropriate surgical procedure for patients that of overly full and wide cheek areas. In common terms, it is good for patients who have chipmunk cheeks. Liposuction can be used to further slim the face. You are a patient that would need and in person consultation for a complete evaluation and explanation of the positives and negatives of this procedure in your situation.
