If not a buccal fat removal for a slimmer lower face, what are my options? (Photo)

I've done research about buccal fat removals. The concensus is that it's not the best option. I've contacted plastic surgeons in my area and facial slimming procedures are very rarely performed if any. If a fuller lower cheek is my problem will botox and fat dissolving fillers achieve results? If not what procedures should I look into? Photos below are of my ideal face shape.

Buccal fat excision is an appropriate surgical procedure for patients that of overly full and wide cheek areas. In common terms, it is good for patients who have chipmunk cheeks. Liposuction can be used to further slim the face. You are a patient that would need and in person consultation for a complete evaluation and explanation of the positives and negatives of this procedure in your situation.

Patients that would like to have a less chubby or more thinner face without surgery have the option of doing diet and exercise.Diet an excersice can lower the overall body fat content to normal or low normal. This is certain patients can help to decrease the overall fullness of the face this making it thinner. It is important to know that buccal fat, the one that defines the fullness of the lower anterior cheeks is usually resistant to diet and exercise.
