I've done research about buccal fat removals. The concensus is that it's not the best option. I've contacted plastic surgeons in my area and facial slimming procedures are very rarely performed if any. If a fuller lower cheek is my problem will botox and fat dissolving fillers achieve results? If not what procedures should I look into? Photos below are of my ideal face shape.
