3 months post-op buccal fat removal - still have lumps on the inside of my mouth, is it scar tissue?

This is difficult to answer without an in-person evaluation. This may be due to residual swelling or scar tissue. I recommend following up with your Doctor. I hope this helps. 

The buccal fat removal incisions inside the mouth usually heal completely leaving almost an invisible scar. It is possible that sometimes the scar heal "bumpy". In case the buccal fat removal have "bumps" around it, the patient shall get that physical finding checked out by the surgeon that performed the operation.
