3 months post-op buccal fat removal - still have lumps on the inside of my mouth, is it scar tissue?

I am 3 months post op today. I still have lumps on the inside of my mouth. No pain. No bleeding. One lump is bigger than the other. Should I be worried? Is this scar tissue? Should I wait a month before getting steroid injections?

It would be great if pictures of the face are posted to determine the nasolabial fat pads. Without pictures it is very difficult to understand the problem and suggest some potential options.
