I was told by my provider to not use anything on my skin . She stated that if I applied anything on my skin it would most likely clog my pores. She notified me my skin would heal on its own . After reading that most doctors on this website do recommend some type of after care treatment , I'm starting to question my providers knowledge.

Typically the redness fades relatively fast with microneedling. Everyone is a bit different depending on skin sensitivity. Make sure that the gentle moisturizer doesn't burn when you put in on your skin, as this may be causing a little residual redness.
