Is the level of swelling below normal after prp+filler injection and should I be so swollen directly under the eyelid?

You did not make it clear how many days after filler+PRP you had the photos taken. Swelling after these kinds of treatments are to be accepted. You need to give it at least two weeks before you should get concerned.

Thank you for your message! Swelling after any type of needle injection is possible, especially around the eyes. It is unclear how much filler/PRP you had placed, but swelling can last up to 2 weeks. After the 2 week mark I would follow up with your injector if the swelling persists. If you develop new symptoms or your swelling gets worse you can always let your injector know!

It is very normal to see swelling immediately after PRP injections around the eyes.  It can take up to 2 weeks to completely settle.  
I would suggest continuing to ice the area, use a longer acting antihistamine such as Certrizine and sleep with your head slightly elevated.  
If the swelling persists beyond the 2 weeks you should see your practitioner for re-evaluation.
