PRP has been shown to work well with micro-needling. European physicians commonly add PRP to fillers including Sculptra. It is becoming more popular in the United States. Microneedling won't help with volume loss, but will improve skin texture/tone. 
In my opinion, PRP with Sculptra has shown better benefit when the proper technique is employed than employing the two at different times. The better method is combining platelet rich fibrin (PRF) with Sculptra. However, the proper technique is very important with this method. Your provider is very important, select well.
