like doing prp on top of sculptra or prp with microneedling done 2 weeks after sculptra or a month after alternating, will it help at all for volume loss ?
Answer: PRP combined with collagen stimulating treatments for volume loss Yes. Combining PRP with Collagen Fillers does help volume loss. It is best to do both PRP and Fillers at the same time. The PRP enhances the fillers and helps them last longer and gives your skin a healthy appearance. Cheers from Dallas!

Answer: Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) for Healing / Facial Rejuvenation -- add Stem Cells for Acne, Wrinkles, Cellulite, Scars, Sun Damage In our practice we refer to PRP as ""liquid gold"" because it provides healing and rejuvenation and is a natural way to improve the appearance of your skin. Platelet-rich plasma is a high concentrate of protein derived from the blood; blood is drawn from the patient and placed in a tube that, once spun in a centrifuge, separates natural growth factors and stem cells from red blood cells. In addition to helping you maintain a fresh, youthful appearance, PRP can address localized conditions such as acne, wrinkles, cellulite, scars, and sun damage, and it's great when used in conjunction with lasers, radiofrequency devices, and microneedling treatments. The Vampire Facial uses PRP and stem cells to improve complexion, texture, and fine lines and wrinkles. When combined with lasers and radiofrequency treatments, it can also address scars, pores, and pigmentation.I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: PRP plus sculptra? Any advantage? Englewood Cliffs New Jersey PRP has been shown to work well with micro-needling. European physicians commonly add PRP to fillers including Sculptra. It is becoming more popular in the United States. Unfortunately, There aren't many studies to substantiate the addition of PRP has a long term benefit over the individual components. Theoretically it should be helpful.Jeff Rapaport MD FAAD

Answer: PRP, Sculptra and Microneedling Microneedling won't help with volume loss, but will improve skin texture/tone. In my opinion, PRP with Sculptra has shown better benefit when the proper technique is employed than employing the two at different times. The better method is combining platelet rich fibrin (PRF) with Sculptra. However, the proper technique is very important with this method. Your provider is very important, select well. Wishing you a wonderful outcome. Warmly, Arbella Sarkis, MD
