Will PRP combined with collagen stimulators work for volume loss?

like doing prp on top of sculptra or prp with microneedling done 2 weeks after sculptra or a month after alternating, will it help at all for volume loss ?

Yes. Combining PRP with Collagen Fillers does help volume loss. It is best to do both PRP and Fillers at the same time. The PRP enhances the fillers and helps them last longer and gives your skin a healthy appearance.

PRP has been shown to work well with micro-needling. European physicians commonly add PRP to fillers including Sculptra. It is becoming more popular in the United States. Microneedling won't help with volume loss, but will improve skin texture/tone. 
In my opinion, PRP with Sculptra has shown better benefit when the proper technique is employed than employing the two at different times. The better method is combining platelet rich fibrin (PRF) with Sculptra. However, the proper technique is very important with this method. Your provider is very important, select well.
