Can you get PRP injections the same day you dissolve filler? Do fat injections make your face look puffy like filler?

In  my opinion, excessive fullness of the face after fillers or fat is a result of the experience of the physician injector. Furthermore, a discussion must take place during the consultation as to your expectations. I do not believe that usiing hylaluronidase on the day of PRP injections is a good concept. Thank you for your message! Our office would recommend having the hyaluronidase take effect first and then having the PRP injections. The results of the hyaluronidase may alter where the PRP will be placed. In terms of fat transfer, it is possible the area can look "puffy" but this would depend on the amount placed and the area of placement as well. I would recommend a consultation with a provider in your area for further assessment!
