My question is, are there any doctors who have payment plans but still allow you to get the work done?

I have been researching the BBL procedure for a couple of years now. I am done having children and am on my way to graduating from college for the second time. I have to stay close to home (Chicago).. My question is, are there any doctors who have payment plans but still allow you to get the work done? I have applied to 2 financing companies but got denied and don't want to keep dragging my credit score down by applying to others. I would be able to put down a substantial amount in cash, just not the entire procedure cost. I am 5 feet 4 inches tall and weigh about 170lbs. Any information would help! Thanks!!
