Thank you for your question, swelling is normal after the procedure some patients have swollen legs, hands, arms, and because of the position you are in to avoid sitting in your buttocks sometimes patients lay on their sides or stomach when there's fat transferred to hips as well, that may cause swelling in the face as well.
