Hi, I've gone to one consultation but the dr. wasn't a good fit for me. I am willing to travel anywhere in north america to get surgery. Money isn't an issue. I am curvy and an active healthy person. I carry weight mainly in my midsection and back due to Pcos and genetics, no matter what I do. I want the dramatic "doll" look. Which doctor can give me the results I'm looking for. I want bbl, inner thigh lipo and perhaps an arm lift, or whatever procedures that will make this possible.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
When choosing a plastic surgeon, the most important thing to consider is that he or she is board certified, the experience with the procedure you are interested in and that you feel comfortable in his/her hands.  I recommend you to make an appointment to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Thank you for your photos. It appears that you may be a good candidate for the BBL procedure. Of course, a physical exam is needed to make any recommendations. The BBL procedure involves harvest fat from areas of your body where there is excess fat and injecting that fat carefully into the central zone of your buttock. In addition, it involves liposculpting the buttock to facilitate a more rounded look. The common donor sites for this procedure is your posterior waist/flanks, lateral thighs, back, waist, and anterior tummy.
