I have taken isotretinoin 10mg for a week. Can I stop it without having a negative effect on my skin ?

i have got two nodular cysts on both sides of my cheeks near the nose. i started applying local ointment and took 10mg isotretinoin for a week, but i want to stop the medicine now. please suggest if i can stop without effecting my skin ?

If you stop taking 10mg Accutane after taking it
for one week it shouldn't make your acne worse. One week on that low of a dose
is a very short period in comparison with the recommend treatment length, which
is usually a period of 5-6 months.

It shouldn't be a problem for you to stop taking actuate after only one week of use. If you don't mind me saying, it is unusual for someone to only take accutane for such a short time. Also, the dose of only 10 mg is very low. Typically, in the Unites States at least, accutane is taken for approximately 5-6 months. A complete course is 120-150 mg/kg of body weight over the course of the treatment, designated by your physician. This usually equates to about 60-80 mg per day divided over twice daily dosing.
