Why does one side of my upper lip not move when I smile, talk or make any kind of expression? (Photo)

I think your best treatment option would be injecting a neurotoxin such as Botox Cosmetic or Dysport to help even out the asymmetry. This would be a similar treatment to reducing a "gummy smile" using a neurotoxin, however, it would be performed by only injecting the higher side of the smile. Generally this treatment will last 3-4 months.
