will i get lumps after fat transfer under my eye and cheek for negative vector as i have lipomas on my abdomen is there a chance that i will get lumps on my face too after the grafts, in one of my pic you can see if i pull my under eye skin up every thing becomes fine what can be done ?

Fat grafting to the lower eyelid can be effective, but because the skin is thin, any irregularity in the graft can show as a lump or bump.  Another option would be to use a hyaluronic acid filler, such as restylane, instead.  I've had patients get 1-2 years of correction with restylane when used in the lower eyelids, and the product is more forgiving than fat.

Properly performed the possibility of noticeable lumps following fat grafting even in thin-skinned areas is truly minimal. If you should get a lump, an experienced surgeon should be able to disperse it using a micro cannula.

Fat grafting to the under eye area must be performed quite judiciously.  Because the tissues are so thin, a lump or bump may be visible or palpable.  Some patients are better candidates than others.  In some cases, a blepharoplasty to release and  reduced tethered fat can reduce the deformity in a reliable and safe way.
