Can I correct my asymmetrical lip to normal after an accident? (Photos)

There is 2 inch stitch inside my upper lip which was done in September 2015, now even after 4 year the swelling is not reduced & there is large flesh like lump created at the centre of the lip, there is no flesh in right side when I smile and you can see 3rd molar & 2nd molar. My lips both upper and lower are tilted from right to left of face. What is the best possible solution?

An examination of you would be needed to try and determine what is causing the lump on your lip.  It is very possible that it could be surgically removed though.
