Are moles around my vagina a cause for concern?

I have a mole in my vagina since my birth but I have noticed some more mole around 3 in my vagina is it a matter of concern. My childhood mole is increasing with time but I am concern about other they are 3 in my vagina and 2 are around the vagina in present time new one are small but concern that they increase in future.

This can be treated with punch excision or sometimes laser (but if often recurs). see an expert. pretreat with proper skincare to prevent scarring or pigmentation (see link). Best, Dr. Emer.

I'm sorry this happened to you. Fortunately there are options other than surgery. Fillers could be a great place to start because there is very little risk. The downside is that the result wouldn't be permanent. Other modalities to consider would be dermabrasion, microneedling, and laser...
