How can I remove this huge mole on my inner butt cheek?

I want to get this mole removed due to pain, willing to pay but i don’t know if anyone will do it or if it’s even safe it’s on the inner butt cheek, can’t see it without spreading them apart but I am really self conscious about it and the location.

A dermatologist can quickly, painlessly and safely remove a mole either through a simple excision or by surgically “shaving” the mole off. Your dermatologist may send the mole to pathology if cancer is suspected; otherwise, follow up is not required.
