I'm 20 years old, is it okay to take Finasteride for long periods of time?

I'm 20, I been' taking Finasteride 1mg for 1 months, & I have faced no side effects till now and also noticed very good results, Hairfall Reduced. So Is it ok to take finasteride for years or my whole life if it shows results and no side effects?
