Asymmetric upper blepharoplasty and filler injection will like help you achieve more symmetric upper eyelids although need in person exam to determine accurately and also assess for possible mild ptosis.
What you will find are surgeons who do not understand ptosis or surgeons who want to raise your right upper eyelid crease to match the left upper eyelid crease. Please do not get the wrong surgery. Repairing bad surgery is very challenging. What you need in left upper eyelid ptosis repair and reconstruction of the left upper eyelid fold. Having fillers injected into the left upper eyelid fold is not the same as having the crease lowered surgically. Your eyes can be your best feature.
