Treatments for corneal neovascularization also is lasik an option?

I went to eye doctor yesterday and it had been about 5 years since I had a checkup the doctor told that I had a vien growin though my eyes called corneal neovascularization that in my left I had a vein halfway through my eye and the right one almost half way through my eye that I needed to only wear contacts about 8 hours a day and wear my glasses as much as possible that she needed to see me back in a year my question is what can I do to stop it from growing is lasik a good option

if you got LASIK, when the flap is cut, that will cut your blood vessels (they are arteries supplying your cornea with oxygen since you are starving it with contact wear) and they will bleed, and the blood can block the laser, causing a not-perfect treatment (i know bc i did about 5,000 LASIKs)
a better option would be LASEK, which is non-cutting, so no bleeeding, and afterwards no contacts, so the corneal blood vessels often regress afterwards rather than progress (i have done about 15,000 LASEKs)

There are 3 parts to this answer. 1) Lasik isn't a treatment for neo-vascularization.2) Neovascularization can make Lasik difficult to perform and affect results.3) You need to wear your contacts a lot less or even switch to daily disposables or a different fit of lens. The fasted way to make the new blood vessels go away is stop contacts altogether. All the things going on in your eye now can lead to less than optimal results. Changing to the suggested ways for a long time can dramatically improve your chances with Lasik.
