I always tell my patients not to look at their hair transplant for 7 months, when reasonable growth it present. If you look at the area at 5 months, although some of the grafts will have grown, you will only be disappointed as the rest may not have started to grow for another month or two
This is something you must discuss with your doctor. Propecia brings protection against shock loss after a hair transplant, but at what cost to your sex life. I often suggest that the patient reduce the medication, but you need to talk to the doctor about his assessment of your risk for shock...
Clearly as you are asking for the cost in Rubies, then you are not in the United States and I can't really tell you what you cost there would be. Something less than 100 grafts should be adequate to address the problem I see there. You need to price shop and quality shop the doctors in your area
