I was an AA cup before. And was inserted with total 600 ml of fat in breasts. My results are still not good. Doctor said that my skin is so tight and breast tissue is not accepting anything inside. What should i do? Can macrolane help me in getting C cup? How much macrolane needed?

I think the more important question here is what are your goals. With breast fat transfer you increase about 150cc or one cup size with the surgery. It can be repeated if you desire more than that. Each transfer will lead to ~150cc more volume. If you want to be a C cup, one fat transfer surgery will not lead to that. To go from an AA to a C you should consider implants.

Macrolane injected to breasts or buttocks initially yields quite nice results; years later complications including lumps, pain, fever, malaise requiring removal ensue.
This is not recommended.
