This is a lot of information to write into an answer on realself as you essentially want to have a full consultation about fat transfer. I recommend you find a board certified PS in your area (or more than one) and have a formal consultation. Find someone who does a lot of fat transfer procedures (fat to breasts and BBL). I have done several M to F transgender patients (fat grafting to butt and hips). To do both your hips and breasts, you will need a high volume of fat and may need more than just your abdomen liposuctioned. 

I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon who does transgender patients and discuss your desires and options. Depending upon the size of breasts you desire, implants might be a better choice. With fat transfers, you will gain up to one cup in size. Should you have weight loss, your fat grafts will also thin.
