Every PS has a little different post op instructions, so it is always best to contact your PS to make sure you are doing exactly what he/she wants. In my practice I use Design Veronique for my 1st stage garment after liposuction, and I have them wear it for ~4-6 weeks. After that a 2nd stage garment is optional to my patients. I recommend something like Spanx - tight but not too tight and smooth with no seams, hooks or zippers. This can be worn indefinitely.
Best to ONLY ask the operative surgeon, his/her preferences in any postoperative items. The reason is we each have differing preferences to garments and care..
After liposuction, it is important to wear the correct garment type and size to get the results that you and your surgeon were planning for. Generally you need compression over the areas that were liposuctioned but very little pressure or distortion over the breasts (to protect the fat graft). Usually the second stage garments are very similar to the initial postsurgical garment but tend to be slightly more comfortable and easy to get in and out of. Check with your surgeon to see which garment/bra you should be wearing at this point.Hope this helps, and best of luck,Dr. Lim

Size increase from a to c is an ideal desire which will require more than one session of fat grafting. Breast fat transfer is definitely technique dependent. Post breast feeding breast skin is usually loose enough to accept the maximum amount of fat that may be safely transferred. Only 40% of t...
I ask my patients to avoid pressure of the area grafted for 3 months. I suggest sleeping on your back for that time, however, it is best to ask your surgeon what he/she prefers.
